We process & ship orders every seven days. Shipments can take an additional 1-2 weeks in North America and longer Internationally. We strive to keep the shipping costs as low as possible while maintaining a decent speed of delivery.  If you need to receive a product quicker please contact us and we can make an arrangement for a faster shipping service for an additional cost.

Although we do the best job possible in the packaging of our shipments we cannot guarantee the safety of parcels during shipment. If there is any damage to purchases made please contact us and we will try to remedy the problem with the shipper.
