Smoke Signal is a free all-comics newspaper published by the great Desert Island in Brooklyn, New York.  Anteism hopes to be distributing the papers throughout Victoria and possibly Vancouver this Fall.
The paper is open to artwork submissions, the guidelines are as follows.
