With the opportunity to combine or divide two levels, a presentation stage with seating for 100+ people, and support for media arts with projection mapping of every surface, the space is very flexible to your needs.

Our space features 15' ceilings, restored wooden floors and ceilings, exhibition walls with gallery lighting, display plinths of all different sizes, and several back rooms that can be used for administration or 'behind the scenes work.

The rental of the space is suited to private events, pop-up shops, craft fairs, photoshoots, productions, book launches, and more.

Situated immediately upon entering the building and with 4 large vintage windows opening onto the street, this 1000 sq ft space is ideal for pop-up exhibitions and receptions. The entrance to the space features a wall of bookshelves which can be made available.

There are 35’ linear feet of exhibition wall space, complete with gallery lighting, and contrasts nicely with a craftsman timber flooring.
